4th time lucky

Scored myself another 38 staples and a week with my feet up in Hotel Angliss, while Annie got to manage the circus by herself again. After 4 laparotmies I am hoping this is the last (there is no reason why it can't be). I am doing well, I have built up a good level of fitness over the last 4 years running in the forest so I think that is really helping. Its day 13 today, with 42 being the standard recovery to aim for.
Rachel ran in the district cross country and got 17th from 64 and not far off the lead bunch at all. In this race she improved from 4th to 3rd in her school for her level.
