Auskick family day

Ben has finished the Auskick season and we had the family day today. No drills or training, just a big game of parents versus kids followed by hot dogs and pies then the awards and thank yous

The match had a rule that the parents couldn't tackle the kids but if a parent had the ball they were fair game and were to be taken down where possible. Here the coach has taken a bit long to bounce the ball and it was stacks on.

The ball is long gone but the last kids are only just getting off.

The end of the game signaled stacks on dads

Ben enjoyed the season. He has developed some pretty good skills and can take a good grab. He hasn't quite got the hang of a competitive match yet but he loves to play kick to kcik and do all the drills.
