Winter school holidays

The grade 5 & 6 classes had an exhibition night where they displayed their projects for the year which included the 1850s gold rush era and also a family tree. Rachel's model is an early school house complete with tilting roof to display a class room. Grade 5 has been a bit of a stretch for her, probably because she is in a grade 5/6 class, but I think she is getting into it and applying herself well.

We took a walk along the Yarra river near Wonga Park. Ben and Rachel at a moment where Ben wasn't annoying his sister.
