We had our church billy cart day. Team Moule B (we had a few teams) got to the best of three final with Ben as driver and the others swapping as passenger. We took the first race, but race 2 required a driver swap. 82kg of dad proved a bit much even for two pushers. Race 3 I think we were looking good but clipped a witches hat and got tangled. A great fun day though.
Michelle going off to her first school camp. She had a really good time, coming back very tired but with lots of stories. You might remember Elmo from lots of other photos. He's a bit of a mascot/crash test dummy, having been strapped to bodyboards, waterskiing from piers, gliding (thrown) from trees and now falling from flying foxes.
We are going through a bit of a patch with sleep problems at night at the moment, so here Annie is taking a bit of an afternoon nap. Jenna saw the opportunity for a snuggle and crashed out too.
Rachels 11th birthday saw the usual suspects around for a celebration, we tend to have a friends party for the kids every second year. We actually took her out of school at lunchtime and took her to a cafe for lunch, which she had really been wanting to do.
Annemarie is doing an Energy raters update course at the moment and I had double booked with a client so Viki came over to look after Jenna and pick up the kids from school. Here Oma is getting an Xbox lesson. Jenna was pretty pleased to have someone that she could beat.
