Ben and Aiden. These two seemed to click well. I think Ben realized that he used to be the younger cousin following the older boys around and so enjoyed some close attention.

A very elaborate construction present gets a lot of attention from Ben and Rachel, who both get into this sort of thing together a lot.
The pool is up and running, and although not entirely finished it is proving a real winner. We ended up putting it in the front yard in front of the deck (hence the wall under construction). Its taken all the spare building time over the last 6 weeks so unfortunately the addition is still stalled. Perhaps I shouldn't have taken a pool or building vote with the kids....
School is back! Annie & I love the holidays and the break that it gives from a week full of getting somewhere on time, but with a home office that is currently open to our living space by the end of the holidays we are ready to get back into the rhythm. Rachel started high school at Upwey and seems to really be enjoying it.

WOW - what an incredibly gorgeous bunch of kids - good breeding stock I reckon! These are a great collection of photos Gary... they bring back some good memories of Christmas. Hope you are all well and getting back into routine now school is back. Cheers, Sara
